These Terms govern access to and use of the inferagen.ai platform (“the Service”) operated by Orbitnexa Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Orbitnexa”, “we”).
1. Acceptable use
The Service is intended for use by clinical genomics labs, hospitals, and clinicians. You may not use the Service to upload data without lawful basis or to circumvent security controls.
2. Prepaid service credits
- Credits are prepaid service credits for Inferagen sequencing and analysis services. They are not a wallet, stored-value instrument or bank product.
- Credits can be used only within Inferagen, are non-transferable, earn no interest, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits do not expire while the account is active.
- If a payment fails or is charged more than once, the affected amount is returned to the original payment method.
- Volume tiers and enterprise contracts may carry different commercial terms — see your signed order form.
- GST is added on the invoice at the prevailing statutory rate.
3. Service-level expectations
We provide best-effort availability on Pilot, Starter, and Lab tiers. Chain and Enterprise tiers include a contracted SLA — see your order form. We publish status at status.inferagen.ai (where configured).
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Clinical disclaimers
The Service is software infrastructure for clinical genomics. The clinical interpretation and final report sign-off remain the responsibility of qualified clinical professionals at the customer organisation.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
